- Installation and Performance
Installation: We will install your wildfire defense system at the agreed-upon location and time. You are responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring it meets any pre-installation requirements (e.g., water supply, permits).
System Performance: Our systems are designed to activate based on weather alerts and reduce wildfire risk, but we cannot guarantee complete protection against all fire-related damages due to factors beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, power outages).
- Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before installation begins, some deposits may be non refundable, if specified in the agreement. Once installation starts, cancellations are not permitted.
Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion for defective products or unfulfilled services, provided you notify us within 30 days of installation. Refunds exclude installation costs unless otherwise agreed.
- Limited Warranty
We warrant that our sprinkler systems will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of installation. This warranty covers repairs or replacements at our discretion but does not include damage from misuse, neglect, or natural disasters. Contact us to report issues. - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fire Preventive Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., property loss, personal injury) arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the system. - Intellectual Property
